Using the Main page Talk as a general discussion place seems appropriate....
Merging Pages
The TM's Manual wiki appears to be being filtered into this wiki. I would suggest rather than creating lots of pages that have overlapping information it would be better IMHO to take the information from the TM guide and put it in existing articles... or go the other way and move information in other articles into the TM's guide. The biggest problem is that the TM's guide is out of date, Tech heavy and Sarcastic as hell! This last is not actually a bad thing... Discuss! Grible 10:35, 18 March 2006 (GMT)

Suggest that some aspects of the TM's Manual wiki should be kept to authorised viewers only - given that a lot of the knowledge that needs to be passed on should not always necessarily be done in the public domain!! GT
There are plans to amend MediaWiki so it has the capability of doing this, it is on the to do list! Nick
