Lighting Hire

We tend to hire lighting from:

  • SKL (Simon Kennedy Lighting) - Probably the cheapest lighting hire place, most lanterns coming in at about £4 a week. They’re not that reliable but since it’s quite a small company you can normally get through to someone who can help. Ask Matt Ling.


  • Blacklight- "Scotland's lighting company" The tech manager will normally deal with them more than anyone else although the President, Business and Theatre Managers can put things on the Bedlam account. A useful source of gaffa and flamcheck and lights. They are located on West Harbour road and really helpful. They charge for delivery so make friends with someone who has a car to take you down.
