AKA: LX tape, Leccy

Electrical Insulation Tape can usually be found in the pockets of most techies. Uses include taping cables to the rig, wrapping cables up, hiding bare bits of wire, strapping gel frames together and attaching unsuspecting victims to unmovable objects.

LX tape is also used to identify the owner of tools; the table below shows some of the combinations

Tape Colours Owner Notes
Red/Yellow Bedlam
Blue/Red Black Light If it hasn’t been hired, don’t let Hog see it
Red-Black-Red Duncan Grieve Moved On
Purple/Black Alistair Marshall Please Sir can I have my <insert tool> back?
Yellow/Black Rachel Smith

LX tape can be used to write on, notice the indented section of the sound desk (coincedence). DON'T put tape on the new lighting desk . If a lanturn breaks and needs to go to the bar of brocken things then please put some tape on it and tell us what is wrong with it
